YeChiu Group's management system encompasses the entire production and management process. By identifying the characteristics of the aluminum alloy ingot production and design process, setting quality objectives, and using the PDCA cycle for continuous improvement in quality management systems and processes, a complete production process standardization is established. This enhances the reliability of production operations and meets customer requirements.
The group adopts advanced management principles and has a central management office that includes eight major management functions: production management, business management, human resources management, material management, financial management, operational management, occupational safety and environmental protection, and engineering management. These functions are responsible for the formulation, revision, and auditing of group regulations and effectively manage various tasks within the group's companies.

In 2009, the group established the ISO 14001 environmental management system, formulated the corporate environmental policy, and ensured compliance with relevant environmental laws, regulations, and industry standards through a series of environmental system audits, internal inspections, and compliance assessments.

Through the operation of these various management systems, the performance of various companies within the group has gradually improved, and they consistently provide high-quality products to customers in a stable manner.
